• I take feedback like a champ. I created this course in Articulate Rise 360 on how to turn criticism into professional growth, and I practice what I preach! I believe that feedback is essential to self improvement, and I welcome it with enthusiasm.

• I am learner-centered. The audience is always at the forefront in every learning experience I construct. Identifying the gap is the first step in designing a course that will be most beneficial to the learner, then moving forward with adult learning principles in mind not only makes the client happy, but will help the learner accelerate their career, giving them self confidence and a genuine satisfaction in their work.
